XAircraft X650 Flight Style

X650 supports two Flight Style: "Quadcopter Plus Style" and "Quadcopter Cross Style" as the diagram shows:

Quadcopter Cross Style

• Plus Style, motors distributed as Front(M1), Left(M2), Back(M3), Right(M4). This style can be easy controlled for starters.When comes to aerial photography or videography, motor in the front could be blocking the way when shooting.
• Cross Style, motors distributed as Right-Frontward(M1), Left-Frontward(M2), Left-Backward(M3), Right-Backward(M4). This style brings an incredible view of aerial photography/videography,users can have a smooth flat view in the air.

X650 can adjust flight style flexibly.It takes two steps to do the adjustment.

1. Frame structure adjustment
2. Parameters adjustment

XAircraft X650 Flight Mode

XAircraft X650 supports Hover Mode and Cruise Mode.

Hover Mode

Hover Mode: In this mode lever value on the AILE/ROLL and ELEV/Pitch stick on the RC board are straightly explained as flight attitude of X650. At this point it is similar to LAMA helicopters when operating X650. When applying aileron lever to a certain value X650 will roll to a relevant direction but stop rolling at a certain degree meanwhile keep the attitude on that degree. When remove the control X650 will return to level. Remove control on the AILE and ELEV stick X650 will regain balance automatically, on account of that it is easy controlled for starters and stable images capture but not the aerobatics like Funnel,fly in a figure 8 or loop/rolls.


Cruise Mode

Cruise Mode: In this mode lever value on the AILE/ROLL and ELEV/Pitch stick on the RC board are straightly explained as fly movement of X650. At this point it is similar to FLASHER 450SE helicopter when operating X650. When applying aileron stick to a certain value X650 will keep rolling to a relevant direction, the higher lever value, the faster it will roll. When removing control from the aileron stick X650 will hold the attitude at that value rather than restore to level. Cruise Mode supports stunts like Funnel,fly in a figure 8 or loop/rolls and takes air route shots with ease.


Flight Mode Switch

X650 supports users to change flight mode in the air.You can connect RC GEAR channel to Input 5channel on FC1212-S.Showed as follows:

Receiver     FC1212-S     Function           Description
GEAR ---- Input 5         Flight Mode Switch       Hover Mode and Cruise Mode switch,used GEAR channel or other switch channel usually

Notice: When Gear channel has the minimum value X650 is on Hover Mode and Cruise Mode on maximum value.It is default Hover Mode when it is no connect.
